In the near future I will be adding more and more to this web site dedicated to Latvian Philately. Since picking up a Latvian stamp collection from my father several years ago, I have definitely caught the addiction of wanting to know more and more about Latvian stamps and Latvian postal history. I believe that stamps bring us closer to our past, by having us think about the times and experiences that people had in those days. When I look at the stamps I believe that I am looking in the past and getting to know the history of Latvia.
